Refining the Activated Frame

Welcome to the Recall-Release Model Practice Session. As you progress through the Swimming Through Space program, your ability to induce and memory-bank physical states becomes your primary tool. This specific session is designed as a foundational maintenance routine—an essential "entrée" to your formal practice.
By utilizing this protocol before any martial movement or deeper Feelization work, you draw your attention forcefully into the Nowspace—the immediate reality of how you feel right here, right now. It is the trigger that activates your frame, ensuring that all subsequent movements are performed from a state of structural integration rather than habitual tension.
This session is multi-layered, working on several critical capacities simultaneously:

1. Strengthening the Neuromuscular Recall In previous lessons, we "saved" the feelings of the Natural Stance, Sinking, and Floating into our neuromuscular memory. This session is the act of accessing those files repeatedly. Every time you consciously command your body to recall a memory-banked feeling state, you strengthen that neural pathway. You are building conscious control of your structure at a profound, previously subconscious level. You are proving to your nervous system that you do not need elaborate mental visualizations to be powerful; your intent alone is enough.

2. Separating the Wheat from the Chaff When you activate your frame, tension is present. The goal of Whole Body Tensegrity is not to become a limp noodle; it is to balance the tension of the fascial web against the compression of the bones. However, our bodies are riddled with "chaff"—the unnecessary, habituated muscular tension we carry from stress, poor posture, and the lever-based movement system. This protocol forces you to look closely and separate the "wheat" (the naturally balanced tension of the activated tensegrity frame) from the "chaff" (the parasitic muscular holding that inhibits integration).
3. Refining the Quality of the State Mastery in the internal arts is not about collecting new techniques; it is about endless refinement. Over time, the quality of your recalled states must evolve. The physical sensation of your Natural Stance should become crisper. Your feeling of Sinking should intensify, making you feel immovably rooted. Your feeling of Floating should become more expansive and buoyant. Your body scan should act like a high-definition lens, increasing your ability to identify and dissolve ever-smaller pockets of habituated tension.
