Swimming in Space Session 5 - Memory Banking the Natural Stance – Accessing Your Power Instantly

In our previous session, we discussed the concept of "Memory Banking"—the crucial evolution from relying on mental training wheels (like the Kelp or Jellyfish visualizations) to achieving direct, instant access to your internal frame.
Today, we put that theory into practice. We are going to Memory Bank our foundation: The Natural Stance.
Why the Natural Stance? The Natural Stance is not just a way to stand; it is the physical prerequisite for Whole Body Tensegrity. It is the vessel that holds your Energy, Calm, and Power. If you cannot access this aligned, spring-loaded state instantly while standing still, you will never be able to maintain it while moving or under pressure.
The Protocol: From Constructing to Recalling Until now, you have been constructing your frame piece by piece. You check your feet, you bend your knees, you tuck your pelvis, you suspend your crown, and then you use your breath to release tension. This is necessary for a beginner, but it is too slow for real life.
Our goal today is to shift from constructing the frame to simply recalling the feeling of the completed frame.
