The Earth & Sky practice is, fundamentally, a search for the whole body mechanism and a method to gain conscious control over it. Within the broader architecture of our curriculum, this exercise lives precisely in the transition from the Discover phase to the Develop phase of the Discover, Develop, Apply (DDA) cycle. We are taking the raw, integrated feeling states we have discovered in stillness and beginning to consciously control them through dynamic, structural pathways.
