Whether you are a seasoned internal arts practitioner looking to break through a plateau, or a complete beginner wanting a crash course in true internal kung fu, the secret to advancement doesn't lie in memorizing more forms. It lies in changing how you feel your structure.


Welcome to Swimming Through Space, a concentrated intensive designed to wake up your latent capabilities and integrate your body's systems.


The Paradigm Shift: From Contraction to Connection

Conventional fitness and "external" martial arts operate on a paradigm of levers, prioritizing muscular contraction and isolation. While effective for lifting weights, this model creates "breaks" in the body's kinetic chain.


In this program, we are aiming for something different. Our goal is to activate Integrated Strength and Whole Body Tensegrity. Tensegrity is a structural principle where rigid components (your bones) are suspended within a continuous, tensioned net (your fascia and connective tissue). When you achieve this state, your body shifts from feeling like a heavy, segmented collection of parts to a unified, hydraulic-like system.


The Secret Weapon: The Feelization Process

To achieve this profound physiological shift, we do not rely on endless technical drilling. Instead, we use a process called "Feelization"—the use of vivid, intentional imagery to "hack" the subconscious mind and the body’s structural alignment systems.


Just as your body instinctively organizes itself to carry a heavy physical load, it will also organize itself to match a powerful imagined state. We are using intense visualizations to "trick" the nervous system into acting as if the imagined activity were real. This mental visualization triggers a specific physiological state, allowing you to bypass the conscious, over-thinking mind.

Over the course of this program, we will utilize two primary Feelizations:


  • The Kelp (Suspended): You will transform your body into a buoyant, weightless structure rooted to the ground but suspended in fluid. This induces Tensegrity by shifting the load from your bones to your connective tissue.
