A lot to take in. Yes I have practiced for years with "move like in water" "moving thru thick air" etc. None of these instructions really connects the whole body(tensegrity, linking), but I think you said it in one of your posts. "You can only teach what you know". These practices feels more like pandiculation than stretching(loved the cats kneading video by the way). Just some reflections, I will come back to this post over and over again to pick up up more pointers along the way:)

Hey Tony,


You taught me a new word today! Pandiculation is what it feels like, the difference being the connection to the opponent and the overall polarity within the gesture...you can pandiculate without the vacuum feeling. Mud walking, snake step, ripple step....it feels like moving through thick stuff because of the integration...in some ways the feeling is a validation that you are going the right way.
