ECP Initiation Session 15 - Detailed Review - Forging Your Personal Practice

Forging Your Personal Practice

This module transitions from the philosophical "ECP - The Reframe" (Section1) into the concrete physical mechanics of the ECP method. The focus is on establishing the Natural Stance, activating the Internal Orbit, and using specific Feelizations (mental imagery) to manipulate the body's structure into a state of Whole Body Tensegrity.

The Natural Stance: Correcting the "Collapsed State"

Most people live in a "collapsed state" characterized by locked knees, a backward-kicked pelvis, and "bone-to-bone" weight stacking. This posture relies on limited sectional strength and causes stiffness and energy waste. The Natural Stance shifts weight onto the connective tissue. Feet are parallel and shoulder-width apart, knees are slightly bent to create an "arch between the legs," and the pelvis is tucked to flatten the spine, visualizing the pelvis as a "bowl" for the internal organs. The upper body is set with shoulders down, arms slightly extended, and the crown of the head lifted. This creates a "spring and a little bounce" in the frame, massaging the organs through internal pressure and preparing the body for integrated practice.
