The feeling of the Integrated State, the feelings of Integrated Strength, how to Feelize, how to Recall - Release, how to Memory Bank, how to Unite Vectors of Strength and how to express that Integrated Strength in relationship with our partner/opponent are the things we should 'take away' from Tree Wrestling practice.
We will be using these take-aways extensively as we develop and learn to apply Integrated Strength. In Testing Strength, for example, we will us the Tree Feeling to remain rooted and centered while being pushed. In stepping practice the Tree Feeling allows us to remain connected and balanced whether executing a quick half-step and/or deliver a high kick. Randomly, rapidly and/or cleverly changing vector manifestations confuses, overwhelms and tricks our partner/opponent's nervous system into doing something against his or her interests.
