I like to use the Earth & Sky exercise as an archetype for communicating the nuances of other practices that may be outwardly more complex. In this exercise we directly confront the problem of using the same bucket of bones we have always had in a different way.

About the Event
Things are starting to come together for our Fort Worth intensive!
The folks planning on attending in person are most available on Saturday, September 11th. As such we will be concentrating on the open session on that day. Here is a brief summary of the session planned. I will be adding specific location and times shortly:
Session 1 - Jammin Jong
During this session our group will form a circle and I will lead us through a session of Jam Jong focused on energizing and restoration. The physical intensity level will be medium, most of the practice will involve group feelization exercises designed to enhance unity, increase relaxation and open energy channels. During a portion of the session I will be using my energy field to gently stimulate the energy fields of the participants.
