Learn the Yi Chuan Method of using mind Intention to discover & develop Integrated Strength for Self Defense
Discover Yi Chuan is a course I have developed over many years to help my students get the most out of their training. During my Forth Worth seminar I will be:
-Introducing Integrated Strength and giving you first hand experience with how it differs from regular strength
-Explaining how the Yi Chuan method helps to cultivate Integrated Strength
-Teaching exercises that will help you discover and/or develop Integrated Strength
-Presenting how these exercises can be integrated into your formal training, evolve into freestyle training routines and their results integrated into self-defense, healing and daily life
