Pushing the Edges

Tuesday at 7 pm we will be exploring six-surfaces strength by working the 'edges' gently rounding and expanding our ranges of motion. I recommend loose clothing and some room to move around. If you have one, please wear a belt to help obviate abdominal pressure and participation in our routes.
